How to control/set the phone light Illuminance?

Hi:

I’de like to test some code that is able to control the light intensity/illuminance!
I now that the phone already have a top bar illuminance control, but I’de like to know how can the illuminance can be set, for example, this way:
[Button1] - set the light illuminance 10%
[Button2] - set the light illuminance 20%
[Button3] - set the light illuminance 30%
etc…

The free version doens’t have light control!

If you dont want to uy it, then you have to write your own, or perhaps you could use the activity starter.
