How to create a offline football tournament

I want to create a football PES tournament app . How can i create this with the various modes like league , group etc

Can anyone tell me the idea

First you need to work out the logic of your app. This is something you have to do. If you are stuck then try googling and find websites where you can ask questions about it. This forum is not the place to ask these sorts of questions. It’s going to be somewhat complicated so don’t expect too much help here.

Once you have created the logic etc then you can try and create the app using Kodular. If you run into trouble you can show what you have tried and may get help for that.
