How to create exit dialogue with ad similar to the attached photo

Put the ad component in any VA or HA or Cardview. Upon user hits exit call notifier custom dialog block… in this pop up make this component to display along with exit and cancel button… Simple.

If I wanted to quit an app and it forced me to press an extra button to do so, all the while showing me an ad, I would never use it again. Hopefully your users will be different.
