How to disable Dark Mode in my app

My app is not suitable for Dark Mode is there any extension to disable dark mode in my app which also work on android 10 or higher please help

What did you made? Is your app on dark mode by default? Use Light colors then there won’t be dark mode.

How can i block force dark theme?
