How to get data from airtable with index and Column name

How to get data from airtable with index and Column name(same as airtable).Currently i am receiving data without column and index number as row data .

I was creating an app for hospital, I was using Colintree List View and this error occurs again and again

Your index value only problem. [IMG_20210430_114948] See this solved blocks. Use Index is in list block. And Kindly adjust in when Collin tree extra button click. I assure it will work

Keep in mind that Thunkable and Kodular are total different platforms. Please try to create your project in Kodular and if you have problems come back and post again, providing screenshot from Kodular’s block
