How to insert an element on the top of a vertical layout instead of at the bottom

I need help with inserting an element before every other element not after.

Just how youtube does it with most recent videos on someone’s channel

If you are using list to make dynamically than just reverse the list .

Dynamic components, all it does it when a user presses a button it adds a horizontal layout with a title inside into this vertical layout and I want each one of those appear on the top not after the last one.
