How to make a bottom bar that disappears

good colleagues, I’m stuck in a problem, I was building a bar that instead of being lateral is from below, but I found that when I make it unfold it does it from top to bottom and I want it to do it the other way around, someone can you help me. I use a watch to do that display and concealment
