Using emulator or screen sharing between mobile and pc

Looking at the marked part in your image above I think you are talking about emulator. If this is the case then there are many free android emulators available like BlueStacks, Genymotion, Nox, etc
Just Google ‘free android emulators’.
I personally used the emulator available with Android Studio and also Genymotion.
