My app is about job updates which receives jobs from airtable. I want user to be notified whenever i post new jobs. How can i do so?

That is different. It shows notification within app. I am asking to show notification in phone

No it popup notification in phone also . You have to choose the only notification option instead of in app notification.

If user is using your app and you sent the notification, then it will show in the app, else, it will pop up in the notification panel.
