This can be done by card view component.
Set Its stroke as you like, Elevation to 0

H- 1 px
w- fill parent
colour:- Gray

Using an arrangement for a line doesn’t seem same in all devices. It will be very bad in looking in low phones.
Better way that I uses is that.
Take a label.
Set Text to empty.
Set Background Color to grey or line color.
Set width to 100% and according to you.
Use height if needed

i used this method before but, test this method now, this will be broad.
do the same i did. you can adjust the width as per your need

Yes, i agree. This will give the exact the same. I have used the same in my apps. It will look good if you set the height according to your wish
