i don’t know that which component or extension i should to build this app. have you ever seen such type of application on playstore

yes ofcourse
You can use the camera application on your phone, or I think you can use SurfaceView Component (in the 2nd category)

You can make it without any extension. Just use this component 
And don’t forget to turn this off if you want to use the front camera…
