Partially Yes ( but i have question the question is it possible that your method can work with a video player extension (like Exo Video Player Extension) to drag that top to bottom or bottom to top ? )

Yes if it is added in arrangement.

but i have another question the question is if i add my video player extension in arrangment then i register that ( arrangment ) and try to drag the video player extension to top to bottom but the video player is not dragging

Edit - i think this is because it’s not possible to register a video player extension

That is what I said use arrangement. And leave space for dragging because u can’t drag/swipe player. And mark the solution also…
