For example if i select the first timepicker1 it only show the time within 00:00a.m. to 11:59a.m.

Actually, i want once we launch the time picker, it already disabled the time that not related other than morning

Then did you have any extension can help(replace) it…

Then do not use time picker, just use custom number picker using own logic. (Just matter of floating action + VA + drop-down/listview etc., . . . )
