How to move all files from one folder to another?

Hello !
I need to move all files from one folder to another. I use FileTools by Sunny Gupta. I understand I need to list the files in a directory first, but what next? Is there a tutorial on file manipulation? I need this to work around problem 201.

Please help !!!
