How to reduce the speed of spinning gear with time?

I make a game of lucky wheel .
But the wheel spin so quickly. But that’s not the problem. Problem is, the wheel continuesly spin at same speed.
I want to know that how can I reduce the speed of my lucky wheel at the last time ?
That means, when I start spinning the wheel should be spin quickly and should slowing down with time. How to solve? Please help.

I suppose that you have a variable for the speed. You just have to decrease this variable during the time. Example. If the wheel spins for 5 seconds, every 200 ms decrease the speed variable.
