How to refresh a form in swipe refresh layout

I have 1 question how can I do when I fill out a form and when I have returned half form but now I have to refresh the form with the help of swipe refresh layout then how can I do it?

Just empty all the text box, radio btn, check box or any other component which you use in your form.
