How to Show Keyboard On Screen? I said On Screen Not Below Screen!

hey guys i have issue with keyboard. when i click on any text box keyboard show but my bottom component show above keybord as shown in image

but i want to show key on screen not below screen like this

what can i do now?

if screen is scrollable then keyboaard show on screen else keyboard show bellow screen.
