How to update progress bar

we are uploading 128 bytes, through Bluetooth. when we are uploading file of 170 pages, progress bar updated 100% after sending all 170 pages.

how do we make it work so that progress bar update with 128 bytes…(i.e. per page)?

there is any way to create a progress bar for uploading to show how much left to upload .means to show user how much left to upload a file in progress bar .
Please see the attached “Code Block Screenshot”.
