Why they did so? Maybe you breach their policy.
As I already told he promised me to ready the app within 8 days and give it to me.
But suddenly he stopped replying me after 8 days he is reading all my messages but not giving any reply.
You should relay on yourself. Learn from community here.
Kodular may not be able to help you because you made deal outside the kodular.
But sad to hear about your loss.

According to what you describe, the source of the problem may be due to 2 different reasons.
1st scenario; The site owner may not be able to complete it due to some problems and may be planning to write to you after finishing the project.
2nd scenario; He have scammed you and is now looking for new victims.
The most logical thing to do is to share all the evidence on this. Do not other people fall into this trap again for the same reason.
If you have a money transfer transaction of $500 or more, some online sites may receive your money from the site administrator through legal means or experience, in return for a certain commission.
