make yourself clear, what are you trying to say ?
There is no need to make a community app.
Just open the community in your smartphone browser like Chrome.
Then open the menu. There you can add a shortcut to your phones home screen.

I do not mean anything but I see it better
Especially since I think the community was designed for the computer
