Hello Kodulars,
I have completed the Kodular Monetize activation process and the activation license is already showing as: “Activated” in my account.
However, my Identity Verification status is showing as: “Rejected”.
I have already provided all the required documents and information, and I believe there may have been an issue during the verification process.
Could you please help me and tell me what should I do in this case and I have submitted a ticket 03 days ago to reopen the verification or check the verification manually and yet no reply.
