I'm a beginner, help to make a block

hello, sorry for my english, someone can help me to make a block for an account loop down from 33 to 0 with a button and a label but if the account is a 0 for the first time the button displays a text and return the account to 33 and if it arrives to 0 for the 2nd time it shows me another text on the button and return the account to 33 also.
