Image or photo issue

I created application.
i am not understanding that what type image or photo is suitable for application.
i am using PNG format image or photo use for - all over things icon, splash image, etc.

can any one suggest me what type image or photo suitable for application (jpg, jepg, png, etc)

i am very disturbing because my application is too much hanging issue in different mobiles.

Wrong suggestion.

Always prefer png format images which are in low resolution and less in size (in kb).

Jpg images consumes more RAM and throws out of memory error.

use jpeg , png . i use them

If you have an wallpaper app then png is not better

Otherwise png is better…

First check your blocks . Make sure that the issue is not coming from wrongly arranged blocks.
If everything is fine there, then you can head to see if the images are causing issue.

But Jpg Is widely Used Even Png But Png take more memory Than Jpeg
