That’s because if you have an imported extension with same name of current components, then it will cause some palette issues. Remove the extension which called “Image Editor”.

Because there can be only one “Image Editor” in Creator. (same rule for all components) Component or extension.

We all know that duplicate components with same names are not possible in App Inventor. So that’s why that component is not showing for you.
