What s URL
to get url you should upload files in htdocs folder
if the website address is abcd.xyz and file name is 123.png
then url will be
abcd.xyz/123.png.
if you create a folder in htdocs and uploaded files inside the url will be
abcd.xyz/"foldername"/123.png

You have such a big userbase still using/depends on free hosting ?
Infinity free can suspend your account for 24hr if u exceed the limit and this is not good for your app.
At this point I would go for a vps or a paid storage like AWS or any other.
