Is facebook bidding compulsary?please tell

hi friends can any one tell me if i use fb ad network then bidding is compulsary with other ad network?

Yes it’s mandatory or you can compulsory to use bidding with Facebook audience network. Because facebook only serves ad with bidding not with waterfall way (old way)
