In the Release Note of 1.3B.3 Draco | 01 May 2019 update it is said that Full clickable option is available for normal arrangements. Then in 1.3B.4 Draco | 02 May 2019 update The Full Clickable property in Arrangement components is Temporarily disabled. But it is going to be a year but it is not coming back. Is it disabled permanently?
Who said that it is going to be a year?
Difference between may and November is of six months.

I suggest you to use CardViews, it is looking very cool and it has good customization features for making your app better. You can insert your current arrangements and use Full Clickable option.
