Is it possible to download image from google drive and store the image in storage so that it can be retrived later?

I have a google spreadsheet with about 500 rows about books. I uploaded the book covers to google drive and added it as url to sheet. But the image does not load (google stopped it as automated query) . So is it possible to download the file to specific filepath and use image from storage to show thumbnail?

I don’t understand what you mean. but if you want to show images from spreadsheet from image url, you can use google direct download link.

Ex:
Image url : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1werVy3Iecm_NGW-OyhlzfbJzXoh0Yg4J/view?usp=sharing

Direct link https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=<IMAGE_ID>

And

is the link to show images
