I think it is secure. I think something went wrong with SSL connection
That post isn’t relevant anymore. The creator fully supports HTTPS. In fact you can only access the creator using HTTPS now.

I am 70% sure that it is due to the icon of some extension, since some developers place HTTP links, and not HTTPS
I leave the remaining 30% to your own research

Probably this is causing from your ISP (Internet Service Provider), how about refreshing the page?
Everything seems ok for me.
Still showing Not secure
But when copied and pasted url it is showing https
Checked in both Chrome and Brave browsers
for me too is not safe
