Hello everyone!!
It has occurred to me to make an app where you can see all the chapters of a television series. Would it be legal on Google Play to upload this application as long as the video files are links that I do not host? (It would be embed videos)

If you are pirating them then NO , even if you do not host the files and links

Its illegal.
You are showing content which is pirated on web and second you don’t have copyright to this.
Tv channels have rights to claim copyright
