How to create such a message in chatview
Message which should be created in chatview-
You can’t do this using the chatview component because it’s very basic and classic, you can’t change its design. It’s better to use Dynamic Components extension by @yusufcihan to create beautiful chat bubbles dynamically and with the ability to customize them however you want. You may have a look at this guide by @themaayur to get deeper into this extension and practice it better;

Is it possible to get it in chatview itself
No because it is not too much customisable as like smooth scrolling reply chat etc
Maybe you can do that with a Component Chat Message and set the component to a Cardview with your text in it.
