I think Kodular really ought to provide an extension store. The problem is that people selling paid extensions often just pitch their products without any real follow-through—they leave a trace and then simply vanish.
Sometimes, sellers of paid extensions don’t even list their store’s website or provide contact details.
It’s just endless promotion for paid items, yet it feels like they aren’t actually serious about selling.

I think the Extensions section is more than sufficient.
It would be very useful if you reported those topics so they can be checked and, if necessary, hidden (until the developer fixes them).
Developers are required to provide documentation (more or less well done), but they are not obligated to offer support.
If they don’t provide support, the topic usually fills up with negative “reviews” loses interest, and may eventually get hidden or removed.
If there is no indication in the topic or personal profile, I think it is implied that they prefer to be contacted via DM in the community.
But, there is no obligation to be available here either.
There are already extension stores/indexes and one of the most well-known is the one by 
Taifun, which is frequently updated and contains a huge number of extensions.
