is there any way to lock the webview and do not allow it to scroll is there any way to achieve it ?
If I may ask, do you still want users to press specific button on the website or you just want to display the website as some kind of a background/image?

use webviewer in cardview and set cardview full clickable or in webviewer disable follow links option
it worked but i want it to be able to open links
