Minutes. Clock picker

Hello
I’m having a little problem with the clock picker to label. When I choose a time like 21.05 it displays 21.5 leaving out the zero. This is probably a simple fix but I just can’t get my head around it.
Tried searching for a answer but doesn’t find any. Maby it’s so easy nobody has asked
