My blocks have not been loading for the past two days

Hello Kodular Support Team,

I urgently need your assistance with a critical issue affecting my project.

A few days ago, I made the latest changes to my application.

The last modifications were made on May 29, 2026, at approximately 11:50 PM.

I kindly request that you restore the project data to that date and time so I can continue working. This is a large and important project, and I urgently need to finish it.

Today, when I opened the project, I encountered an error. The blocks are no longer loading correctly, and I am receiving warning messages indicating that changes will not be saved. I have attached screenshots showing the issue.

The problem occurs specifically in the Screen Form, where the blocks do not load at all. These blocks are essential to my project.

Everything was working perfectly yesterday, and no issues were present. Today, without making any additional changes, the blocks fail to load and the platform displays the warning message.

Please note that this appears to be a platform-related issue rather than an error in my code or blocks, since the project was functioning correctly before.

I would greatly appreciate an urgent restoration of the project to the latest working version or any immediate solution you can provide.

Thank you for your support and prompt attention to this matter.

Best regards,

Note: I have been a Premium Kodular user for many years.

I urgently need assistance. I reported this issue to the support team two days ago, but I have not received any response yet. This problem is preventing me from continuing my work. Please provide an update on my case as soon as possible.

Hi dear,

The screen has become corrupted and this can be caused by several factors.
To solve the problem, in 90% of cases it is necessary to check the AIA project, so I ask if you can post it in the community or send it to me via private message.

What do all those errors I see in the procedures report?

Never forget to back up your project as your code grows!

But how could the blocks and, more importantly, the screen become corrupted? The screen is stored on the server side, not on my local device.

What solution is available for this issue? Does this mean that in most cases users have had to recreate the entire screen from scratch? That seems very likely.

I recently made a copy of the screen, uploaded a different (.aia), and even removed the related blocks, but the same error continued to occur. That is why I believe the problem is not caused by the blocks themselves but by something related to the screen data or the server.

Could you please investigate this and provide a solution? Rebuilding the entire screen from scratch would require a significant amount of time and work.

Precisely because everything is handled through the server, a connection loss at a critical moment could cause a similar error, which is why it’s always recommended to make backups

The solution is to investigate the project more deeply and understand which block(s) are corrupted. One option is to upload the project to Unchive and check screen by screen for any blocks that are visibly/possibly broken.

Another option is to publish or send the project via private message.

Yes, the solution is to review everything. I have already checked everything, I even cleared everything from the screen, and the error is only on one screen. What else do you want to review? This is a private project. I want support from Kodular. I need them to clarify whether there is a solution on their side. I have been a Premium user for years.

The code, corrupted extensions, incorrectly connected blocks, issues in the .scm files, and more

Doubt Kodular has such a feature.

Nevertheless, this might help you in doing things yourself..
