Need Help In Airtable API Encoder Formula Filter

i want to use Airtable Api encoder and want to show value in app if Both The Condition Match
For Example in table i created 2 column City And Demo So i want Airtable Send Data only those
value in Which Mumbai and Dairy is there

i try this but getting Error

I am not getting any error in only one value Filter

please Can Any one Help me That what formula i have to use so i get only those mumbai and dairy value
