Need to learn about set image size

I add Camera option in app. I want to do : After Capture image using CAMERA, I Want that user only allows upload image with size 500px X 200px.

Please Suggest me how to do it.

hello i made a app and in that i want to change the size of image which i want to change because the images are bulky and these can not be easily upload or download from server so i want to change the size of image in my app before upload it on server how to do this ?
