I request a move from @Boban, it could be anything - an edit (the best) or a reply.
Just to make sure, that (since @conor says he updated the plugins) the latest system causes attacks or not…
Also, 2-3 users got spammed just by replying to this topic - whereas I wasn’t…
I want to see if it affects me or not

I think Follow plugin causes that. Because this issue came after plugin is installed. And this plugin was too buggy (as I see from Discourse Meta topic). Maybe it has still problems 
And looks like it is the only plugin which plays with notifications.

It’s very strange, I have the same add-on in my Discourse installation (currently disabled) and it worked correctly 
But as far I see this is the only plugin which sends/modifies notifications in community. I don’t think other plugins causing that.
