Notify_v3 extension is not SDK31 compatible

I have a similar problem, but it throws me this message only in android 12.

List the extensions you used and make sure, you use the latest versions

Also the billing extension is discontinued, you should switch to another billing extension

thanks, I was thinking precisely of that extension, because I have had it for a long time and it seems that ken does not intend to update, I think it has simply gone.
