Offline is very hard because android helps users a lot to change or hack with root, there are many tools that helps to jump time skip time or change data,
Save the current time in a hidden and encrypted file.
If the file is not there, restart the timer.
If the file has been modified, the decoding will result in garbage. In that case, restart the timer too.

that extension is stopped working now, i am searching for online clock extension, and get time online, so i can get and save time from extension,
that was an extension and this is api, but i will try to make a sample app with api to show you method ,

good, but there is problem that when user cahnge ip with vpn, user time also changed, so we have a get a specific time, like you are in india, and all users you want to store indian time
