Open new screen method is not working

hello, everyone, I am using this block to change the screen and it was working perfectly in all of my projects but recently it shows this strange behavior. it opens the new screen and closes it and move back to the previous screen. here’s the block image :

I saw this method on one of @Mika’s guide in nack in 2019 and it was working but no anymore.

please tell me the more accurate way of switching screens.

May be the problem is present in the screen that opens up. Check if you are passing right screen name.
