Overlap on top of another app

As I do in Kodular the following application.

Let’s say I’m for example with an open application, in this case Facebook or Google or any other. So at any given time this open app becomes a bit transparent, and one of the screens of my delivery application enters, which can be for example a warning screen. So I would give in this screen two options to the user: close the screen of this warning or enter my delivery.

Is it possible to do?
