Hello Kodular Team,
I am reaching out regarding my Kodular Monetize account status. I have already paid the one-time activation license fee 15€ ,and my dashboard shows that the license is “Activated”.
However, my Identity Verification was recently “Rejected”. Because of this, I am unable to export my project and keep receiving a NOT_VERIFIED error during the build process.
I would like to request a reset of my verification status so that I can re-upload my identification documents correctly.
