Paid Monetization - ID Verification (Didit) Pending Review for 24+ Hours

Hi Kodular Staff,

I have purchased the one-time Kodular Monetize activation license and submitted my identity verification through Didit.

My verification status has been showing “Your submission is under review” for more than 24 hours. I have an urgent update rollout scheduled on Google Play Console and unable to export the .aab build due to the NOT_VERIFIED error.

Could a staff member please look into my account or help expedite/verify it?

My monetization verification has been pending under review for over 3 days (Ticket #3616).

Could an agent please look into my Didit session and approve it? I urgently need to compile the production .aab release today.
