but the answer haven’t works for me, 'cause the form to send test credentials has been changed by google.

I filled this very same form a few days ago and I don’t remember this field.
I believe it is the textbox name or something like that.
Change the language to english and see what appears exactly, then google the exactly keywods.

if your app contains credentials to gain access to your app, you can state it there and a brief use case.

Your answer help me to find the right page, I was using the wrong form.
I have sent the credentials to google and the actual status is: in review.
