Push Notification in CHAT

Hi to all Kodular programmers.
My question :
Is it possible to have push messages in a Chat every time messages are sent?
I used to use Onesignal and everything worked fine, now what can I use?
FCM appears, according to the developer, that it is not designed for chat.
Do you have any advice?

No friend, the extension manufacturer said FCM is not made for receiving notifications in Chat

this is the manufacturer’s response:
My Fcm doesn’t support chat notifications, onesignal does but due to its current situation it will be only possible in devices <android 12
