Questions about the Yandex Terms of Use

Hello everyone, I have a question, the terms of use of the API Yandex.Translate service:

https://yandex.com/legal/translate_api/

2.6. The User may not use the Service for creating Internet services, computer programs or otherwise.

2.8. The user may not use the Service for creating computer programs or other services, functional use of which is equivalent or similar to the Service or the program “Yandex.Translate” for mobile devices.

What does 2.6 and 2.8 mean that we can’t make something like the following URL?

https://translate.yandex.com/

2.6. The User may not use the Service for creating Internet services, computer programs or otherwise if such use leads to violation of the Law, breach of the documents specified in Clause 1.2 of the Terms and/or third party rights and legitimate interests.

2.8 means you can not make an app that has the same functions as Yandex.Translate.

So we can’t use the Yandex component to create a translator?

Why not? Every builder has it so it will be allright.

That only means you can’t make an app called “Translator” which only translates text using their API
The main idea of the app can’t be a translator, that’s what I understand

It seems that I finally know.
Just can’t use the name of Yandex to create an application.:grinning:

You can’t create your own translator app using their APIm even without mentioning them
