READ_PHONE_STATE error, requires privacy policy

When I try to Upload my .apk to Play Store, I Got an Error Your APK or Android App Bundle is using permissions that require a privacy policy: (android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE)

I Already set Privacy and Policy but still i got this error.
I Already read all post regarding this but didn’t find solution

Please help me to solve this issue.

Set when screen initialize call screen for ask for permission( android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE )

I only set Privacy policy page and Terms of service page.
i don’t know how to set permission and store into tinyDB.

will u pls send me blocks?

You no need to store in tinyDB and all, just use if else block

what means set Privacy and Policy? Did you create a privacy policy? which link? and you added that link into Google Play?
