Request Permission to Disable Battery Optimization

Hello Friends
I’m trying to Ask a Permission to Disable Battery Optimization for my App.

I tried call.screen1.Ask Permission.permissionName=android.permission.REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS
But, it’s shows error something like permission denied

Any way to Disable Battery Optimization for my App ?
If no, Please inform me
