Rewarded video ads to disable banner ads for 12 hours or 1 day

I am trying and trying but nothing is working cause I never did this type before. Did not use TinyDB for a long time. I want to create an option when user will watch a video ads will stop for 12 hours or 1 day. Please help.

You can use caping option in your adunit edit section.
